Privacy notice

What this site collects

Nothing automatically. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no advertising or social tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from the same site, not from a third party.

Your web host will keep ordinary server logs — the address your request came from, the page requested and the time — as part of running the server.

The enquiry form

The form on the contact page does not send anything by itself. When you press the button, it prepares an email draft in your own email programme, with what you typed already in it. Nothing is submitted to NEXUS at that point, and this website does not store what you entered. We receive your details only when you send that email yourself.

The draft contains your name, company, country or region, email address and message, and, if you filled them in, your telephone number, the products you are interested in and what you convey.

We use those details for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and to continue the conversation if it goes further. We do not sell them, we do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not pass them to anyone outside NEXUS except where we are required to by law.

Video

Where a page offers a video, nothing loads from YouTube until you click to play it. Once you do, YouTube receives the request and applies its own privacy terms.

Keeping and deleting

Enquiries are kept in our email system for as long as they are useful to the business relationship. You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time.
