Spiral Conveyors
Dual Track Spiral Conveyor
Two conveying tracks on one spiral structure, where a single column has to carry two runs.
The machine
The two tracks share one column and one footprint. They can run in the same direction, or be configured with opposing travel directions — one track up and one down.
Best suited for
- Two flows that have to change level in the space one spiral would occupy
- Holding product between two process steps, rather than simply lifting it

Application example
Hot-oil bottles
NEXUS supplied a Dual Track Spiral Conveyor for hot-oil bottles. Both tracks conveyed products in the same direction within one shared spiral structure.
