Products
Conveyors, grouped by what they do.
Every NEXUS conveyor is custom designed. The group is the starting point — what the goods have to do, and where the machine has to fit.
-
Spiral Conveyors
Vertical conveying, accumulation and process time, in a compact footprint.
Typical Cartons, crates, totes, bottles and cans moving between levels.
-
Curve Conveyors
Modular-belt conveying for changes in direction between conveyors and machines.
Typical Routing a run around a corner, or turning goods between two straight sections.
- Spiral Curve Conveyor Curved conveying on a spiral path.
-
Miniature Conveyors
Compact transfers between machines, helping small products cross the gap.
Typical Short transfers where two machines meet and product must not catch.
How every machine is built
Custom is the default.
There is no catalogue machine. Every NEXUS conveyor in the groups above is designed around the goods it carries, the height it has to reach, the floor it can occupy and the equipment on either side of it — structure, materials and colour scheme included.
Selecting
Start from what the goods have to do.
A plain route through the families. If more than one applies, they connect to each other.
- Goods have to change level
- Spiral Conveyor Driven slat chain, up or down, in a compact footprint.
- Goods have to travel down without a drive
- Gravity Roller Spiral Unpowered rollers along the spiral; no motor in the descent.
- Goods have to hold between two process steps
- Spiral Accumulation or Zone-Controlled Spiral Buffer Product accumulates on the track, or in zero-pressure zones that keep receiving when the line downstream stops.
- The run has to change direction
- Curve Conveyor 90° to 360° as standard, and it links straight into a spiral.
- Two machines nearly meet, but not quite
- Miniature Conveyor A short transfer that closes the gap so product does not catch.
Spiral conveyors
One spiral for each job on the line.
The difference is the track and the duty — what it carries, and what it does while carrying it.
-
Unit Load Spiral Conveyor
A driven slat-chain spiral that raises and lowers unit loads — cartons, crates and totes — on one continuous track, in a fraction of the floor an incline would need.
-
Narrow Track Spiral Conveyor
A spiral built on a narrower track, for smaller goods that do not need the full slat width.
-
Dual Track Spiral Conveyor
Two conveying tracks on one spiral structure, where a single column has to carry two runs.
-
Gravity Roller Spiral Conveyor
Unpowered rollers set along a spiral track, carrying rigid goods downwards without a drive and without power.
-
Zone-Controlled Spiral Buffer
Zero-pressure accumulation for changing production flow.
-
Spiral Accumulation Conveyor
A spiral where product gathers on the track, keeping flow between two process steps.
