Soap production · Soap bars · Process time between stages

Using spiral conveying length to provide process time

A Narrow Track Spiral Conveyor giving a soap line cooling time between two production stages.

A row of narrow track spiral conveyors standing side by side on the NEXUS factory floor, each wound around its own column.

The project

What the line needed, and what NEXUS did.

The requirement

A soap-production line needed additional conveying time for products to cool between production stages, without using a long horizontal conveyor across the factory floor.

The engineering response

NEXUS used a Narrow Track Spiral Conveyor. The narrower path suited the product, while the spiral route provided additional residence time within a compact footprint.
