● Speed

Maximum speed of our spiral conveyor is 60m/min, automatic lubricator should be installed to prolong the product’s life when speed exceeds 35m/min.

● Load capacity

The maximum load capacity of spiral conveyor depends on the tensile force of transimission chain, and there are two kinds of transmission chain for choice:

Mild steel transmission chain, Max. load capacity is 50kg/Meter
Stainless steel transmission chain, Max. load capacity is 40kg/Meter

● Material

Spiral conveyors material: Mild steel painted / Stainless steel

Transmission Chain material: Mild steel painted / Stainless steel

● Color

Nexus classic color of spiral conveyor (Highly recommend)

If you choose mild steel as material of your spiral conveyor, and the above optional color solution is not suitable for you, under this case, a standard color appointed by you will be necessary for painting work.

Slat chain

The slat chain is made from composite plastic material, which has the physical characteristics of high rigidity, high impact resistance and low friction. It can reduce the abrasion in the process of accumulation, as well as improving the stability and service life. Modular design simplify the work of maintenance and replacement.

All slat chains of NEXUS Dual track spiral conveyors are designed and produced by NEXUS to ensure the top quality and competitively price.

The width of both inner and outer slat chain are customized, the standard slat chain width is 135mm, 165mm, 400mm and 600mm, any combination of the two tracks is available, the other width such as 250mm, 500mm etc. can be processed to meet your requirements.
